From the 2nd of the 2 videos, it looks like she is legitimately pushing him for a bit while he was in front of her vehicle. It’s not the clearest video but it does look like she’s got him well within position to kill him if she guns it. He of course then shoots. And she increases speed either right before during or after that.
The closer video kind of corroborates what I see there. The body of the officer near her window hides the view of what the other officer is doing exactly.
I wouldn’t have shot her, but surely he’s well in his right to do so in that situation.

Funny how yesterday the left was celebrating the anniversary of Ashli Babbitt's death. Now today they apparently have an issue with unarmed protesters being "murdered" by the feds.

A retired NYC cop on CNN said this exact same guy had earlier been hit by car in a similar situation, supposedly. "While that maybe made him too quick to draw... I'm wondering why he repeated the same elementary mistake: you don't position yourself in front of a car of a suspect, because... well, they can run over you,"

I believe he was taking her picture, which is much easier from the front.
He then drew his weapon when she refused orders to get out of the car and began to accelerate the vehicle.
