As long as the first shot was through the front windshield Im okay supporting the officer 100%.
If there were no shots through the front windshield I'd have to begrudgingly side with the leftist filth in calling it a bad shot.

The issue is there may have been a second or third shot through the side door window that was down. If that's the case I think the ICE agent is in trouble, especially if those 2nd and 3rd bullets hit the woman. If not, he should at least get a hung jury at a trial and be OK.

I personally would have just hopped out of the way. But I'd never sign up to be LE to begin with.
