I believe a vehicle can be legally classified as a lethal weapon and thus justify the use of lethal force to hinder or impede its use and or its driver

Why share that Jack P? That angle from the still shot photo shows the ICE agent to the left side of the vehicle.
That is potentially problematic because it doesn’t re-enforce the claim that the ICE agent was about to be run over and possibly killed.
