They are and have been. Nights and weekends. Trump ramped it up first term. Biden actually upped orders pre-Ukraine, second term Trump has really put the pedal to the floor. I wouldn't doubt that we are depleting it, but 80% seems a bit off considering the fact that all the ones involved at Camden have doubled in size in the last couple of years and more than quadrupled in the last 15.
