This is a stupid position. Either you have abortion or you don’t. People like you think that you’re being logical and reasonable by restricting abortion in time frames. But whether you kill the child at 6 weeks, 6 months or 6 years, the end result is the same…death. Now go bill your client a big .3 for reading this message.

Hate the term "educated" ________. It's become a name that means very little. As the old man stated "Educated idiot".
I seriously don't give a damn about your "education". It doesn't make your opinion better or accurate. And yes I have not one, but 2 degrees.

Why describe them as educated when clearly they’re ignorant when it comes to that one issue?

Most of my Democrat family members think Roe v Wade was the name of the law, rather than a court ruling. They think Donald Trump personally over turned this law and that he will make abortion permanently illegal if voted into office, despite him 1) not having the power to do so unilaterally and 2) despite him consistently saying he wouldn't do so and that he is personally in favor of allowing abortions with some limit like 10 weeks or 12 weeks. and 3) not realizing that its still legal in most states.

It's crafting policies that the electorate wants. It's not a personal opinion on preferred policy.

As long as someone only thinks of abortion as killing a baby as a matter of convenience, they can’t discuss the matter rationally. Rape, incest and health of the mother should always be exceptions to any abortion ban.

OP we get it, white women are willing to sacrifice their family’s well being so that some lady in Alabama doesn’t have to jump through hoops to exterminate her unborn child.
Posted on 8/30/24 at 8:31 am to VOR
As long as someone pretends those items are statistically significant to the number of total abortions, we can’t rationally discuss it.

The too long version:
Educated women are selfish, and unless we acquiesce to their desire to have the ability to choose to conceive life AND terminate life, the GOP will struggle with them

As long as someone only thinks of abortion as killing a baby as a matter of convenience, they can’t discuss the matter rationally. Rape, incest and health of the mother should always be exceptions to any abortion ban.
There is no good reason a child should have to be killed in those cases but such an action is justified by either emotional trauma of the mother in the first instance or the possible physical and mental deformity of the child in the second (which then touches on eugenics).
The rational position is to be consistent and declare that if the child is inherently valuable and worthy of life, then the value should not be ignored because the mother may be emotionally disturbed by being pregnant or because the child may have some difficulties in life.
Even the life of the mother is not a reason for an “abortion” per se, because an abortion comes with an implicit intention to kill the child. Doctors who remove the child from its mother in order to save her life are not trying to kill the child. The death is the unfortunate consequence of the procedure. In an abortion, death of the child is the objective, not a mere consequence.

Biggest lies of your post. When pressed, they clearly don’t care about any of these things. The white female voter (both right and left) is the scariest voter demographic we have because they will both vote for overwhelmingly authoritarian and tyrannical power if it gets them the result they want for what they think is “right”.

What makes you think they fail to see it?
Look, I labor under no delusions that politicians have consciences. But politicians are beholden to their bases.
Enough of the Republican base understands that mass killing of human beings is more important than being politically expedient that the politicians can only compromise so much before the loss of support from the base > the loss of bloodthirsty feminists.
quote:
Neither of these women has ever had an abortion, and neither would personally have one themselves nor support a close family member having one.
And why is that?
This again is the hypocrisy of this position. "It was the hardest decision I ever had to make."
Why?
If it's just a "clump of cells," what was hard about that? I've had clumps of cells removed from my body before. It wasn't a hard decision at all.
If it's not just a clump of cells, why should it be legal?
If you can get any of those women to tell you why they wouldn't have an abortion or support anyone they know having one, then you have the exact reason that it shouldn't be an option for anybody to have one.
We all know that killing a human being is involved. The women you're talking about know it too. That's why they would never have one or support having one.
And killing a human being should not be o.k. in society just like it shouldn't be o.k. for them "personally."
This idea that a morally repugnant thing to do that causes direct harm to another human being should be a "personal choice" is just stupid. Forget any of the morality associated with it. It's just a ridiculous argument.

I wish that were the case. There are lot of highly educated women, Doctors, Nurses, lawyers, that believe that this isn’t a never ever ever thing (abortion) and the media constantly chirping about this because their candidate sucks in every other area-border, economy, geopolitical issues, crime) has a profound effect on this group. The hatred and bile that’s been fomented by the Left has also left a mark. These women hate Trump, while not being able to articulate why. Nor can they articulate why they would support a ticket where the two running mates can’t muster a room temperature IQ between them.

That's populism.
And it's not just the females who will do it.

2 lawyers and a dr.......what could possibly go wrong there. Women should not be allowed to vote. Too much feelings. I'm being serious, and I know we can't take back that right to vote, but I honestly believe Women should not be allowed to vote. I hate that for the actual normal women who believe in family, god, hard work, etc...but overall, women are destroying this country with feelings.
