JackaReaux is an idiot. He will just post something general without any specifics as to a right that was violated.

He is probably a stoned out tranny given his username.

Inciting violence is a felony.

quote:

Examples:
Yelling for people to throw rocks at police during a protest could be considered inciting a riot.

Yelling to crush the jews during a protest after your people just raped and murdered them would be inciting violence against jews.

quote:

First Amendment Limitations:
While the First Amendment protects free speech, certain speech, including speech that incites violence, is not protecte

Now yall can disagree with this, and think you should be able to incite violence. It is what it is.

But please, kill the messenger. Which would also be a felony.

And for good measure, LA Statute

quote:

§329.2. Inciting to riot

Inciting to riot is the endeavor by any person to incite or procure any other person to create or participate in a riot.

Acts 1969, No. 176, §3.

quote:

§329.3. Command to disperse; who may give; failure to comply

A. Any law enforcement or peace officer or public official responsible for keeping the peace may issue a command to disperse under the authority of R.S. 14:329.1 through 329.8 if he reasonably believes that riot is occurring or about to occur. The command to disperse shall be given in a manner reasonably calculated to be communicated to the assemblage.

B. Whoever willfully fails to comply with a lawful command to disperse shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 14:329.7.

Acts 1969, No. 176, §4; Acts 2014, No. 791, §7.

If this happened at lsu, they broke state laws

Once again that “evidence”doesn’t prove anything of the sort and you know it. You’re drawing conclusions based
Upon your preconceived notions.

But he bought a blue check mark. So he's believable, right??? Can't lie or make up shite if you have one of those blue check mark thingies on your X account, right?

Actually, the blue check mark never mattered.

They were buying them before. All Elon did was allow everyone to buy them.

Thats why they got so mad. Their under the table pay for a blue check mark to seem important was all for nothing.
