We can deport a non citizen for any reason even if here legally on a Visa.

Debateable. What do you mean by "protected"? A public school cis certainly within its rights to throw someone out of the class and school for handing out such literature on campus.
Could a person have a legitimate civil lawsuit against such a perpetrator? Probably. Could the person handing out such literature be criminally prosecuted? Depends on the nature of "crush" and whether it was direct threat to Jees.
But it certainly is grounds for removal of a non-citizen.
