Do you think she identifies as an American?
She is the 5th column. Can go back to her real homeland

Anyway, I had a post a few weeks ago that said something like this:
- If he gave money to Hamas, toss him.
- If he beat up Jewish students, toss him.
- If he blocked someone from going to class, that gets murky, but if you really think that denied someone their civil liberties, fine....toss him.
- If he said mean things about Israel or simply said they are going overboard bombing all of Gaza, that's weak.
If he was in contact with Hamas, obviously, toss him.
Cool that you have personal opinions on all of this but there is a standard called "aggravated felony" for visa and green card holders. It's not what it sounds like, neither aggravated nor felony. The offenses are a lot lighter than can trigger deportation. It's basically a way that we (a) ensure people on a path to citizenship are really here to be contributors and (b) make it easy to trigger deportation if someone shows signs of being a troublemaker.

The law in this country is already broken. The fact you have judges preventing the deportation of ILLEGAL aliens is proof of that
If you would prefer to feel morally righteous while Rome burns, you do you. I support whatever action is necessary to restore order
It’s a good thing POTUS already told us what approach he will be taking
He who saves his nation violates no law

It usually leads to dictatorship.

Do you think Romania is a dictatorship for canceling an election and arresting their rightful president?
Or how about the thought police in Germany, UK etc where they arrest you for wrong think on the internet?
I would not miss that brand of “democracy”
Western civilization is on the ropes. Rome reached its apex not as a republic, but as an empire.

I can't wait until a president AOC starts labeling people terrorists and scooping them. We'll see what this board thinks about due process. There has certainly been endless crying about the treatment of J6ers. True civil libertarians stand up for principles, even when it involves defending people you don't like or agree with. I just laugh at the sky screaming over speech now from the right.
I consider myself a civil libertarian. But I also believe that a nation should not let in foreigners who do the sorts of things Khalil was doing - even if he is not an actual member or even sympathizer with Hamas. It is a similar principle to why we do not allow foreigners to contribute to U.S. political campaigns (or at least it is illegal on the books).
If this was a U.S. citizen protesting, even supporting Hamas, I would feel very differently. But obviously that is not the case. It is beyond stupid, imo, to defend foreigners coming over here and disrupting America over foreign relations. In fact, it seems sort of suicidal.

Perhaps you have a new, updated, xenophobic copy of the Bill of Rights.

Terrorist dont have rights.
This label isnt used enough. We need to start hitting liberals who vandalize stuff as terrorist as well.
Opens up the flat time sentencing in Federal pens. We can have many taken care of once they are incarcerated. Easy peasy.

Terrorist dont have rights.
Or did God give those "inalienable" rights only to Americans?
There seems to be some disagreement regarding this point on the Far Right.

Can foreign nationals living in the US contribute to political campaigns?
The answer is: of course not. Yet citizens cannot be restricted from doing so under the 1st Amendment.
Perhaps you need a copy of the Idiots Guide to the Bill of Rights.

You've been told multiple times that he was part of the group that broke into buildings, committed vandalism, assaulted other students and employees, prevented jewish students from attending classes through both force and intimidation, illegally occupied buildings, and even held 1 janitor hostage.
He was a leader and speaker for this group, so any attempt to act like he wasn't involved in these actions would be laughable.
So, why do you insist on being dishonest and pretend all he did was talk bad about Israel? No one is being arrested for simply speech. Your hatred of jews is just greater than your love for the truth and common sense.
Your argument that we shouldn't deport non-citizen terrorist sympathizers because a future president AOC might try to declare citizens as terrorists is retarded. With this stupid logic, the right should never do anything because of what the dems might do in the future. Not doing the right thing for your country because you're scared about what the pedophiles and authoritarians in the democrat party might do is a pussy way to go through life.
It's also stupid to think the democrats won't do something simply because the Republicans haven't yet. If that were the case, we wouldn't be dealing with lawfare and parents being labeled terrorists for not wanting their daughters raped by trannies. You need to step into reality.
