Repeat Offender Pushes 76 Year Old Man Down Subway Stairs and The Man Dies from Injuries.

NEW: Repeat offender and Broadway dancer shoves a 76-year-old retired teacher down New York City subway stairs, killing him.
32-year-old Rhamell Burke was seen grinning in court after allegedly carrying out the horrific murder.
The victim, Ross Falzone, was a social worker for children with special needs.
He was rushed to the hospital and died from a head injury.
According to the New York Post, Burke was in court just five hours after the incident for a completely unrelated assault.
He was able to walk free because no one recognized him.
Burke has since been arrested and was seen smiling in court.

Rhamell had assaulted a couple on the subway before this, in April. They decided not to cooperate with prosecutors.
This is from the 23 year old girl he attacked-“Maybe a part of me was just like, I don’t want to put another black man in jail, but, you know, at some point, if you are a criminal, you’re a criminal, and he was scary, he was a scary guy.”
I hope this haunts them for the rest of their lives.

It's amazing how these 'totally crazy' people always manage to stab or shove a 76-year-old man, a 19-year-old woman or somebody else similar.
They never randomly go apeshite on some 33-year-old former college football linebacker or someone in boot camp, etc.
