"Extreme crime" is not an actual category of crime, it's a vernacular term which generally means "particularly heinous, violent or brutal". In other words, the most violent of violent crimes.
With there being no legitimate, technical classification, use of "extreme crime" can be so subjective as to be irrelevant and that's what we are seeing here.

It's all an act. Look up her education. She went to St Louis Country Day school, a catholic private school, which has a tuition of 30k a year, and Rosati-Kain high school which is an all girls catholic high school with a tuition of 14k a year.

Not sure her definition matters. It's hard to see a way, mathematically, you get to 80% white (much less white supremacist) for ANY type of violent crime. She'd have to be referring to something like financial crimes to even come close, and even then, the white supremacist stupidity makes that a joke.
