I don’t know but as an aside, I fault to a certain degree the notorious “three-time voters” for Trump (so they say) who add to the atmosphere of open season on disrespect of Trump. It adds to the dehumanization of him to a certain extent. The nonstop frenzy of “criticizing” him, easily seen by these would be deadly pursuers if and when they barely look for it, gives them the impression that “See, everyone hates him, even his own voters!
