As part of the agreement, Bolton agreed to pay a $2.25 million fine.

I see now, thanks. Any way he copped this plea singing about others? Brennan, Clapper, were way higher on the totem pole. But one would imagine Bolton took one for the GOPe team, and or his psychosis was his own little world?

You are probably correct. The Obama appointed judge probably wants Bolton back in the game asap to attack OMB.
