“But now, special counsel Robert Mueller’s office is preparing to reveal to the public a different side of his investigation. In court filings that are set to drop in early 2019, prosecutors will begin to unveil Middle Eastern countries’ attempts to influence American politics, three sources familiar with this side of the probe told The Daily Beast.
In other words, the “Russia investigation” is set to go global.
Various witnesses affiliated with the Trump campaign have been questioned about their conversations with deeply connected individuals from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Israel, according to people familiar with the probe. Topics in those meetings ranged from the use of social-media manipulation to help install Trump in the White House to the overthrow of the regime in Iran.”

As I've repeatedly said, anyone who thinks foreign nations don't try to influence US elections is living in dreamland. Of course they try to do that, just like we do to them. They probably do it at the state and local level too.
The British famously tried to influence US politics in the late 30's to early 40's to diminish the rise of the Nazi Party here, for example. Mostly it worked, or at least didn't backfire.
And voters fall for it too b/c they are dumb.

This all stems from Lebanese business man George Nader and Obama's fixer Kathy Ruemmler. George Nader apparently knows about the Trump campaign team seeking help from a campaign ad firm owned by the UAE.
It's not a big deal because a deal was never worked out but even it if was it's still not illegal but Mueller will make it sound like a big deal and the MSM will run with it.

You honestly believe that the Gulf State monarchies, who gave Hillary Clinton tens of millions of dollars while she was Secretary of State, wanted to elect Donald Trump? I have been wondering what is the 2nd investigation the filings have been referring to that Flynn has given information on.
The way it was discussed, it seemed like it was something pretty significant. (not saying this is it or that it's true).

Of course but this is not the point. The objective is impeachment in the House.
For some reason I believe all this impeachment stuff is payback for Clinton's impeachment.
