Not a Kamala fan, but I doubt this. Since she graduated from law school & passed the bar, her IQ is likely over 100. Some of the smartest people in the world have no common sense and/or lack communication skills.

As a 25 year + educator who evaluates and works with students with disabilities I can say Harris has a IQ much higher than 83.
If I were to guess I would say she has an IQ of about 105. Her problem is for the last 20+ years she has had no pushback so she thinks she can get away with saying nothing with lots of words.
I’m voting for Trump, but Harris is not stupid.

No way you pass bar with 83. I don’t think she is very smart but 83 is pretty dang low. Maybe 95 to 105.
