Also let's not forget that the US Supreme Court slow-rolled its decision on the OSHA vaccine mandate until after the holidays forcing some workers to either get an experimental vaccine injected into their body, or be fired when they returned to work unvaccinated.
So in an appreciable way, the 9-persons responsible for upholding fundamental rights, in fact participated in violation of those rights by placing people under duress due to delay on their part.

For the sake of this discussion, how should we classify those that took the J&J shot that had no mRNA and was basically a flu shot?

That is the shot my wife got, as a teacher, she was offered an opportunity to go to a clinic that had a limited number of those (of course, no one knew there was a difference at the time)
