Do you think anti biotics and other medicines come from spontaneous generation? Aspirin comes from the bark of a tree. Penicillin comes from a cheese mold. How did the pioneers and Indians treat illness before Fauci? Man I just don’t know.

Honey with some ACV
Any or all. I sub my C out for Quercetine and just toss my black seed in with my Honey and ACV. It ain’t great on the taste buds but haven’t worn a mask in a year..maybe longer..and deal with many people every day. Haven’t been sick once and has helped my allergies.
