I've been taking this for years, I rarely get sick. This stuff is amazing and has plenty of scientific research to support. Use the amazing herbs brand.
Edit *. When covid hit I researched all the supplements I take. There is a study that compares this to hydroxychloroquine and how it's very effective against SARS type viruses. I'll find the links and attach them.

I had read about this as well. I take ivermectin as prophylaxis and keep this on hand in case I get a positive test. I will add in if that happens. I’m much more comfortable planning to treat if needed than I am with the idea of that shot.

Where is a reputable source of this? A lot of stuff on Amazon looks shady AF. I usually stick to Swanson, Now, Whole Foods, and even the Walmart Nature Made and Spring Valley brands.
