I just will never be able to comprehend this madness, and this is my generation I’m talking about. I graduated from UT just 6 years ago. Sure woke weirdos existed at UT, but the idea myself or my classmates would have stormed out of class over a benign and factual statement like that blows my fricking mind. This craziness just wasn’t a thing in colleges just a few years ago

I don’t understand it. I’ve got twins (boy and girl) that are 19. Daughter is going to Tech (no pics) and she is more conservative than I am. She just doesn’t understand the mindset of her peers. She laughs at what the liberals in her classes stand for. She is as level headed as she can be and is as conservative as I’ve always been. Talking to her, I lose sight of all the crazies that are in our universities these days. She kind of skews my reality of how dire a situation we are with our youth.
And she would have stayed and probably applauded the professor.
