They can’t even run the part we allowed them to keep. The cartels would go bonkers on that guys map.

Sooo he's saying borders are changeable...

So we can take large chunks of Northern Mexico and build a security zone Israeli style?

That Sam Houston proposal looking mighty tempting if he's so inclined to re-negotiate the border again.

Given how NATO admonished us for comments on Greenland and Canada, I wonder if they will do the same with a non member state threatening us (we all know the answer to that)

Not much of a claim by Mexico. Spain controlled from 1500's to 1721. There was a European style monarchy 1821 to 1823. Texans (Mexican citizens) fought and defeated Mexico in the Texas War for Independence in 1836. When Texas became part of the USA in 1845 the Mexicans didn't like it and the issue was settled in the Mexican War. In 1848 Mexico and the USA signed the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo where the present boundary were set except for land acquired in the Gadsen Purchse of 1854.

Mexico must not have had too much problem with the 1848 treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo since they sold more land in 1854.

Sounds more like Mexico are a bunch of welchers.

If you did you job and created work for your people, they wouldn't have to leave.

You lost dumbass. Had us outnumbered in every major battle and lost. We had flying artillery then and flying jets now.

Or is your goal to lose and be incorporated into the US? Probably the better strategy.

Go ahead. Texas isn’t any better than California these days.

I disagree, mainly because it means actually taking responsibility for Mexico.

Canada could actually be fixed if necessary. Mexico is a shithole which would take far too much work to fix between the geography and the people.

Let’s negotiate and give him about a 1/3 of that territory. Art of the Deal.

At this point an "Elbe Day" part 2 would do more to liberate Europe than anything the EU or NATO will ever achieve.
