No court, not even the Supremes, can tell the Exec who he has to issue security clearances to
Roberts understands that Trump will ignore him under Article II, and theres not a damn thing Roberts can do about it. Plus, the Congress will likely pass legislation that says the courts cannot intervene in X, Y or Z which is rooted in Article II (troop movements, war powers, cabinet nominations, warrants on illegal crossings, security clearances, forced hirings, etc)
Roberts will not allow that shame and rebuke to define his court
