Four years ago today, 60 lives were cut short — and countless more were forever changed — in a mass shooting in Las Vegas. Today we remember those lost and reaffirm our commitment to reducing gun violence across the country.

He would know all about that- him and his ilk helped plan it.

Didn't he make a similar post about that S. Carolina church shooting deal not too long ago?

When did we start "celebrating the anniversaries" of mass shootings? Seems sort of weird.

Reducing gun violence? I guess he's never heard of Chicago, Baltimore, St Louis, New Orleans, or Baton Rouge.

60 lives?

Were they giving away free abortions that day?

I'm honestly shocked to see any government official mention this at all.

The problems in those cities are a result of systemic racism.

Gun violence is only an issue when there's a white shooter, baw.

How about our commitment to stopping maniacs before they strike? Our most deadly attacks don’t come from guns but usually much more devastating methods.

But if they did the FBI wouldn't get as much press. They get a lot more positive press by arresting the perp after the fact and blaming law abiding gun owners across the nation for the perps crimes.

A shooting that the media spent less than a week reporting on. A shooting where it took forever for the alphabet agencies and local police to release any information.

60 fricking deaths and gov and media had no interest in it..

Charlottesville, though. That's still routinely brought up by media and politicians. Within a few hours...we knew everything about that driver. Politicians and media, without talking to that dude, even knew all of his motivations.

In the intervening 4 yrs >32,000 lives were cut short in Late-Term Abortions, or roughly 3200 babies for each set of beads on Biden's wrist Rosary.

Less than four weeks ago, more lives were cut short by his incompetence in Afghanistan.

When you need to keep saying this nonsense...

Not inner city gang violence which amounts for most of the gun deaths in the country...but outlier events by random assholes that tend to use scary looking rifles.
