As long as you have no liver issues, and only take 2 at a time and not more......and only a couple a day you SHOULD be fine..
The problem comes in in that people dont realize that Tylenol is in so many other things like Excedrin, most cough and cold meds, a lot of the opioid pain meds and a ton of other things..People dont realize that they are double and triple dosing themselves, especially when they have a cold, and then, BOOM you find your self in liver failure..Especially the elderly....
Advil will wreck your kidneys and tear your stomach apart over time...if you poke a gel cap with a pin and put a dot of liquid Advil or Motrin (same thing) on your lip you will understand why. It feels like battery acid. Just cause it is OTC does NOT make it safe. Glad this is finally coming to common knowledge.
