I worked in south Texas for 6 years and the Mexicans I worked around were probably illegal but worked a hell of a lot harder than every other race there. I'd support an easier immigration process provided the border is secure. That process is fricking hard and most legal immigrants know more US history than 90% of the population. Definitely more than the revisionist history they teach these days.
Also, South Texas Mexicans are some of the most redneck motherfrickers you'll meet. We're missing out on future conservatives without a good immigration process.

No he won't. With the supreme court ruling on DACA he doesn't really have a choice, but he can make their assimilation a little easier by allowing them to go from Dreamers to citizens.

Bad idea for Trump but I'll reserve final judgement until I see what this "path to citizenship" looks like.
