I imagine a lot of the increase in Indians population has more to do with the massive economic expansion and development in Texas that Michigan and VA have not seen. I know some areas of NC have gotten big but I'm less familiar with them.
Remember all the bragging about population flowing to TX from other states from 2020 on? Elon relocating all his companies there? Hell, any major company relocating to Austin or Dallas? It's all tied together.

They are not immigrants also. They are actual American citizens and proud American citizens. Only 4% of UT are international students and they are all Grad students. These kids look undergrads. This whole thread suggests that being American means being white.

Indians and east asians can't get minority scholarships. that's for blacks, native indians, and latinos. Even if you're right, that only explains how they pay for school. it doesn't help them get accepted.
