You have a few agents feed The Atlantic some bullshite, hearsay rumors, Patel warns them they're untrue, they publish anyways and get sued into oblivion.

Without Patel showing they acted with actual malice (just saying they don’t like him or are libs is not malice) and had actual knowledge it was false your fantasy falls apart. Patel saying trust me guys this isn’t true is not enough.

I am also a practicing litigator in fact starting a trial on Monday

If Patel states under oath all the allegations are false he has presented proof

sworn testimony that the allegations are false requires the burden to shift to the defendant to prove truth as a defense

If they cannot prove true the burden is on the defense to show no malice

I think you'll agree with me that it is difficult if not impossible for a Plaintiff proven negative sort of like the you beat your mother last night

All the attorneys I know are busier than one armed paper hangers. I can't imagine a reputable attorney coming on here, acting and admitting that they are an attorney at the risk at getting doxxed and exposed as who they are. SFP is the silliest one but you come in a close second. When I was working, I might check this place in the daytime if something was going on but I can't believe the traffic on here from some of you. To some, it's a job (looking at you purplehaze) but to others it's entertainment. When it is no longer entertaining, I move on to something else.

I think you’re mistaken. I’m just an errand boy who works at a law firm.

They are employing the S. Alinsky method because they know Patel is all in on the ‘Grand Conspiracy’ narrative, which will soon be prosecuted. Hell, he wrote the Book outlining it.

The Midterm election will be crazy.

I never said this. Of course if Patel doesn't have any witnesses to contradict hearsay rumors this is going nowhere. But if the sources the Atlantic used are spreading hearsay and Patel has first hand witness testimony contradicting that, The Atlantic may be screwed here.

So last night you said that what I said was all vibes and feel goods and was nowhere near how this trial will play out. You asked if I was going to read and educate myself or remain ignorant and rage when Patel loses. I asked you to go ahead and correct me where I'm wrong about that and, what do ya know, crickets...

So, do you plan on explaining how I was wrong or were you just flinging shite around?

The atlantic's owner, Laurene Powell Jobs (Steve Job’s widow) looking real cozy with Ghislaine. Has anyone asked her about her connections to Epstein?

It's The Atlantic, that's no different than MSNBC's breathless reporting every day of how Trump, Don Jr, etc were on the verge of being arrested for x, y and/or z.

Trumpers mocking imminent arrest discussions is…something

You're quoting The Atlantic and calling someone else out as stupid.

There's a hilarious irony if I've ever seen one.

Is this good or bad for CashApp Patel?

How much you want to bet that they settle with him for a substantial amount of money? Of course she's not going to admit publicly that she lied.

There is nothing illegal or even wrong with the guy drinking beers.

Hmmm... Two high profile appointees in the Trump administration in high powered positions that the Dems absolutely hate... and they are accused of being drunks etc. It almost seems like there's a playbook.

The comment about Rebel is superfluous because he’s dumb and doesn’t understand litigation and leverage. It was low-hanging fruit that he sells booze and that’s germane to this story.

But the stuff about Kash and the reporter is legit. It’s a high bar already as he’s a public figure but if others are offering corroboration of the claims, discovery won’t be great for Kash.

They will settle with him for at least $2.5 million. They won't let this go to trial and have all their BS unethical "journalism" practices made public.

They know that Trump doesn't like alcohol and isn't fond of people who drink it in excess.

How many times has/will boosie mention Sandman ITT?

Dude has been obsessed with that kid for years and was still wrong when he said Sandman wouldn't get anything
