The polish government isn’t giving people money who have 2 or more children, correct? They just aren’t collecting taxes on their income. That means it benefits people who actually work and contribute to society. Not the welfare leeches in the US who don’t work and get paid more money from the government for having more kids.

Honest answer: Welfare families and their babies who grow up to be criminals don’t pay income tax so it won’t affect their reproduction. High production people that actually do pay income tax will reproduce more, and their children will likely be productive as well.
