I haven’t seen anyone rooting for the regime.
I think most everyone agrees the regime needed to go. The argument is simply whether we should be the ones to do it
I support the military action but I do understand the arguments against it. I don’t see that as supporting Iran so much as it is people questioning if they were truly a threat and should we have intervened militarily

Oh, so you’ve gone ahead and analyzed any and all possible cases of such a situation, and furthermore evaluated each one and came to the sweeping conclusion that not a single potentially valid case of passively siding with Iran has occurred?

There are less Trump haters now that the Never Trumpers are onboard (due to military actions in Iran) than there were before.
