She was an intersectional candidate they love so much that they couldn’t afford to not accept her after the Biden endorsement. They were boxed in by their own racial and gender politics. Not the best candidate, but who cares she checks the boxes.

There are 2 main problems for the Dems.
1) Their platform is shite that most Americans don't want.
2) Pathetic leadership from Nancy and Chuck. They encouraged the bat shite crazy wing of their ultra progressive party. There's no walking away from it now.

Nobody can convince me that there was another option that wouldn't have imploded their party worse than what we are currently seeing now.

That's possible, but I'm still not even convinced of that.
However, I was only referencing the timeframe that Pelosi was referencing in her ridiculous statement - when Joe endorsed Kamala.
It's fabulous to me that she still deems herself to be some sort of principal spokesperson for that party. May she never stop.
