In order to overturn pedophilia laws, they would have to fail under a Rational Basis analysis, which is nearly impossible for even the most absurd of laws. To act as though governments wouldn't win on an argument that they have a rational basis to restrict sexual relations between adults and juveniles in the same way they have a rational basis to restrict economic contracts between adults and juveniles is just silly, in my opinion. Hell, I think pedophilia laws would likely withstand a Strict Scrutiny analysis.

Nambla used to be a part of every pride parade. It wasn’t until gays started succeeding in the PR war that they kicked them out to improve their public perception. Now that the battle has been won, the time is right to rebrand and reintroduce them back into the fold. They never really left as the two are inseperable, but now its their turn for public acceptance.

Care to explain how? If I can say I’m a female and I can walk into a woman’s bathroom and plop down and take a shite, why can’t I say I’m 14 and sleep with other 14 year olds?
If I’m a bigot for telling someone they are a male when they identify as a female, why aren’t you a bigot if you say I’m 30 when I identify as 14?

They have sought inclusion among the LGBT movement and pride for decades and they've been routinely denied and disavowed by the LGBT movement for decades.
I don't agree with about 80% of the LGBT movement and specifically their tactics and hypocrisy, but even they disavow pedophiles.

The whole idea of tribalism and diversity celebration is terrible to begin with. Nothing screams inclusiveness like dividing yourself and throwing up signs to show how different you are
