As far as I know political discrimination by a private company is not against Federal law . Can someone correct me?

Disney is in Ca. Therefore against their state laws

The only people that have to do this are conservatives.

I don't know if people like you are being willfully obtuse about this, or if you just have no issue with the blatant hypocrisy.

They're also being held up by China, some much more than others. Many of them still submit their scripts to the CCP for approval. Maybe if we keep hammering that home, people will wake up to the fact that leftist media dogma is just CCP propaganda, disseminated by people who are friends to NONE of us.

The fact is a lot of people (all across the political spectrum and of different religious views) will discriminate against you if you're in the minority or oust you if you say something that might offend clients or customers.

Just because you can find single examples of one or the other, doesn't mean you can't find that some views are overtly more emboldened and more directed to do these things.

You should really dig into Critical Race Theory and understand its origin and application. Compare that to something like general Christianity and tell me which one would be more apt to silence someone else.

First, proof?

Some "Christian" conservatives might. But the Conservative monolith as a whole would not, it's against its values.

The Democrat monolith is doing this very much as a group. Lock step. Like I've said before, I know a lot of REAL Classic Liberals who have fallen into this trap.

Apparently not those with certain views, per numerous examples in this thread.

Yeah, I do actually. Tolerance and acceptance are two different things.

You think John Doe who owns a tire store in Butler, Alabama, would be wise to tout his atheistic and anti-Trump positions on social media?

Do you have evidence of "John Doe" being canceled and run out of business?

Platitudes again... got comparison numbers to back it up?

Show us the examples of this happening right now... If you can...

Wear a Biden/Harris shirt on the street in Alabama or South Carolina. Wear a MAGA hat in Berkeley or Portland. Who do you think gets assaulted first? The least tolerant people in America today are left-wing social justice types.

I honestly don't know how much more cancel culture I can take. I don't even know where to begin to fight it.

A boycott isn’t discrimination or a civil rights violation.

You're comparing what a group might do vs what a group is actively doing. There is no equivalence here.

Eh, really a company pushing an agenda vs an individual speaking out and being canceled... Similar but not what globetrotter was contending...

Kinda like Disney pushing an agenda vs an actor speaking out...

I just read through her posts... holy shite. That is the most racist person I've ever seen. And she got hired as a face for one of Disney's most popular IPs. This used to be the type of position filled by an empty suit with a friendly face like a Seacrest or Kelly Ripa. Those were 'safe' hires. If this is what corporations are now considering 'safe' personalities we are absolutely doomed. There is no society that most normal people (or at least what was considered a normal person like 5-6 years ago) can share with toxic personalities like that. We are heading for very very bad things.
