Comey may be a witness. But he is not a part of the investigation.
Nor does he need to be. All you need to know about that
part of the investigation is the part where Trump admitted he fired Comey because of the Russia investigation on national television.

Robert Meuller ran the FBI during a period in which investigations into elected officials were repeatedly delayed and circumvented until after those under investigation were term limited out of office. These investigations were kept secret from the public, but held over the heads of the elected officials until they were out of office when the charges were made public. Then, their criminal charges were converted to civil suits to avoid jail time in favor of fines which were never collected. Even if Meuller was getting interfered with by DOJ, he never once spoke out about the process.

Clearly you aren't a legal scholar. You have no idea what the code is saying. If there is even an appearance of a political conflict with mueller or any attorney on his staff and trump (if trump is a target) it requires disqualification.
What can you learn from this? Until mueller refuses himself...Trump isn't a target. Isn't that sweet?!

Don't try and convince me of his integrity when I can see with my own eyes that there is a conflict of interest relating to Comey and a clear problem with those that he has hired.

Nothing against Mueller personally, I hate the idea of Independent Counsels. They have little to no accountability, they tend to go off on fishing expeditions and routinely exceed the mandate that was given to them.....and for some reason we treat them generally as some sort of annointed do-gooders who can do no wrong....unless of course it's Ken Starr (I do not like him) investigating a Democrat. I hated Leon Silverman for what he did to Raymond Donovan in the 80's.
