They have little to no accountability, they tend to go off on fishing expeditions and routinely exceed the mandate that was given to them.....and for some reason we treat them generally as some sort of annointed do-gooders who can do no wrong....unless of course it's Ken Starr (I do not like him) investigating a Democrat. I hated Leon Silverman for what he did to Raymond Donovan in the 80's.
