Unfortunately, the joke around here is they will close their new office here in Birmingham [next to Civic Center] and construct another building blocks away -- just like Social Security did...
Yet another, slightly used, vacant, government office building. I hope the current one will be turned into a brewery or a food court. It is secure enough to fill the overflow of VIP's at Maxwell AFB -- or GITMO though-
