I doubt it. I don't subscribe to the concept of a higher power, and the idea of harming other people doesn't even register to me.
Previous generations saw huge numbers disenfranchised with the idea of violence because they fought major wars and saw the horrors of them up close. WWI, WWII, Vietnam, Korea. These were up close and personal wars, where you saw injury and harm all the time. No one glorified these things - they were seen as terrible necessities.
Now people glorify it, coupled with "video gaming" of war these days. That has nothing to do with believing in God or not.

I am a white male with a bunch of guns,and would never think about shooting up a Country music concert. I would go out cleaning up some meth labs,drug dens and shite.
Maybe that is what makes it strange, He just wanted to kill anything and everything breathing,in big numbers. Just people having a good time.
