He will sprinkle in 11 or so additional pages of pseudo-legal gobbledygook suggestive that a loon judge somewhere should 100% be the one picking and choosing the soldiers we send into war.

If there were a surge and leftist driven revolution of a tiny population size of men believing they were in fact unicorns, and the mental acuity required to believe such a thing led our military commanders to preclude inclusion of those individuals under their command….what would you say? Is it really worth the the $millions to accommodate them and litigate?
