Yes we get it, anything lord Biden says is truth. He just snapped the mandate into existence.

I strongly doubt this is the case. I'd bet those lawyers said what they were paid to say.

Do you mind supplementing this with more detail, particularly on the legal side? It’s hard to gauge how to process your post (and I trust your representation of the call and your opinion in the OSHA-sphere generally), without knowing what the legal basis for that position is.

The same time the USPS and other protected segments of society are required to be vaccinated…..probably not gonna happen because many of those people are minorities who are vaccine hesitant and they’re Dim voters.

Their belief (though as I said there were a few that strongly disagreed within their group of around 20) was that the GDC has been thoroughly tested and as such will allow this to remain intact because of Covid being classified as a "grave danger". So companies will either choose to allow testing, by way of a proctored test review, paid for by the employee, or that employee will have to take the vaccine.

I wasn't as shocked by this as I've heard this as an argument several times already. I'm more shocked at the 5th circuit being taunted by osha.

to who? The vaccinated? Then the vaccine is shot if you still need protecting by forcing other to get the vaccine that doesn’t protect.

Lol. They think that. Doesn't mean they are right or can predict pushback. And pushback has already begun officially.

Yeah… if lawyers didn’t vehemently defend their position that they are paid for they wouldn’t be very good at their job. Did you expect them to tell you something different?

because that is what they are being paid to say to try to eliminate fence sitters and the indecisive

force them into a “hopeless” corner

this is laughable

I had no expectations prior to the meeting, I was invited by a friend. I didn't really know what to expect.

I don't know why I even bother sometimes. I bring what I think is interesting info where most of you won't see into the looking glass, and yall shite all over me. I didn't say I agreed, I just thought yall would appreciate hearing it. Silly me.

you apparently have a low threshold for what you consider being “shite on”

if you take a step back and think about the call with the idea that it is manipulation and propaganda with zero basis in reality then you may have a different view

the CDC blocked evictions, until they didnt any more. every thing evens out in the end

I'd say you're better than this but that would be the second lie included in this post.

So why not mandate every vaccine at all times forever?

Lots of facets. OSHA lacking authority to states passing multiple laws contradicting the mandate. I’m not a lawyer but their feelings is that at least some of the challenges will ultimately prevail at the very least making in it unenforceable
