The FBI already did a background investigation of him. A baseless claim that isn't even a federal crime is not under the purview of the FBI. And the Dems and FBI know it. It's just fodder for the idiots of their base like you.

Why don't Democrats see that this is a completely made-up scam devoid of any proof where ALL the supposed witnesses deny it occurred. As a result, why don't Democrats vote to confirm this eminently qualified man to the Court and make the midterms a referendum on impeaching Kavanaugh if you can take control of the House and Senate.
Let that be the issue for ALL House and Senate seats around the country. In the meantime the FBI can take the month of October to do a FULL investigation and talk to ALL the relevant players in Ford's life and see what Ford was really all about during those days -- and her far left wing whackjob TDS politics since. Then right before the election, the FBI can release their findings showing the what a complete f*cking NUTJOB the Dims told us we had to believe. Then the voters can go to the polls to decide if Supreme Court Associate Justice should face impeachment hearings.

You need to really think about these things. If the dems somehow proceed with an investigation post confirmation, don't think it will stop there. The GOP will be more than happy to use that precedent against you.
