If tweet fails to load, click here. This guy thinks it does mean down-blending/diluting. Starting to get a bad feeling about this. This goes against Trump's specific promise to Netanyahu that he wouldn't accept a deal that didn't require the uranium to leave Iran. This post was edited on 5/25/26 at 5:15 pm

It is almost like the floating of the shitty "deals" is just conditioning people to be more accepting of a slightly less shitty "deal".
Pay attention to the trends, not the actual statements or "leaks".

Just to be clear: this is not doubling down on US initial position that enriched uranium must leave Iran but it is moving towards the regime’s position similar to what we saw in the JCPOA. You can’t destroy enriched uranium, you can dilute, convert to UF6, store in safe place … in every case something will remain that can later be used, although it can create a lot of difficulty to reuse them. Unless you take it from the regime, they will have it and can reuse later.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Should be interesting to see what Israel has to say about this- their red line has always been that the dust had to leave Iran.

And we are beyond confident as to the quantity in possession

The thing that annoys me most is the gaslighting, with Trump saying keeping the dust in Iran to be "destroyed" (impossible outside of a nuclear explosion) is his "preferred" option. I guess his statement is directed at especially dumb and gullible people, but it insults the intelligence of those who have heard him say a million times "either they give us the dust or we come and take it."

United States Central Command (CENTCOM) conducted retaliatory "self-defense" strikes in southern Iran targeting missile launch sites and Iranian boats allegedly attempting to emplace naval mines.
True or not this story was reported by several news outlets.

Agreed

He should just continue the negotiations with the relevant parties.
Or we could just start bombing again. Kill anyone in authority. We should know where they have been hiding with our surveillance. Try and avoid killing civilians.
Keep killing IRGC until we find someone who will surrender unconditionally.
A complete reframe change is the only way to keep these fanatics from going back to the same old same old.
