My dear compatriots,

In these days when you stand bravely against the occupying regime of Iran, this detested and isolated system continues to violate the lives and property of the people in order to postpone its inevitable downfall even slightly. In such circumstances, I consider it my duty to more clearly depict the image of justice in tomorrow’s Iran for those who collaborate with the criminals.

To this end, I requested the “Iran Transitional Justice Regulations Drafting Committee” to provide its advisory opinion on two important matters: first, the criminal liability of individuals who collaborate with the repressive structures of the Islamic Republic; and second, the confiscation of the property of protesters and their families.

This committee has now issued its first advisory opinion, and its message is clear: these actions are not mere simple or insignificant collaborations; rather, they are considered “complicity in crimes against humanity.” No position, no order, and no excuse can eliminate an individual’s criminal liability. Therefore, every individual who knowingly and voluntarily collaborates with the regime’s repressive structures, whether inside or outside Iran, must know that they will be exposed to criminal liability:
whether this collaboration involves reporting or informing;
whether it involves participation in checkpoints;
whether it involves employing children and adolescents in suppressing protesters;
or whether it involves acquiring, transferring, or buying and selling property that has been confiscated from protesters and their families during the course of the suppression.

Thus, not only will those who play a role in issuing orders, executing them, or facilitating these confiscations be held accountable, but those who knowingly and voluntarily engage in buying and selling such property must also be held accountable. This liability also includes the use of their assets or property to compensate for the damages inflicted on the original owners.

Therefore, I warn all those who are currently seeking to collaborate with the regime’s repressive apparatus: before you take any action that causes physical, financial, or social harm to the people of Iran, think about your future and that of your family. Think about that day when Iran will be free; the day when the truth will not remain hidden; the day when names will be revealed; the day when no aggressor or criminal will escape accountability before the law.

On that day, the people of Iran will have a government that respects the rights of Iranians and transforms Iran into a free and prosperous land.

Long live Iran,
Reza Pahlavi

Trump: We kept Iran's bridges and power generation stations, and we could completely destroy all of them in just two days

Translation: we have no plan to target those components of their infrastructure.

No Gulf State recognizes Iranian sole authority over the strait. Never have and never will.

International law views it as an international strait without restriction of movement. In peace times of course.

Take that island up at the top of the Straight and turn it into an international protectorate under us control until the Islamic Republic is replaced.

Any thoughts on why we are waiting and have been waiting on finishing off what military assets Iran and their proxies have left?

I have no clue.

Need to kill off IRGC leadership until there are replacements who are willing to fully surrender.

This isn't an issue of restraint or patience, it's following through and finishing what was started after we stirred up the hornet's nest.

FIFY

Pahlavi is a clown, and as long as he’s allowed to stand as the beacon of hope, those people better accept misery.

Explains a lot of Trump's prior actions, they've been jerking us around.

Of course they've been jerking us around. We knew they would do it, they did it, and for some reason we let them do it. Now it's time to end the jerking and get down to fricking them up.

No one is sending boots on the ground. it takes time for factions to eat each other and an armed uprising to be ready for success. Yeehaw is it a winning plan
