Also, people forget during Iraq-1, we would not allow Israel to retaliate so the Arab coalition would stay allied with us. They took a lot of Scud hits and likely vowed to figure out how to stop them in future
When I was on liberty in Tel Aviv immediately post war my group got an informal tour from some locals to look at the devastation. Those scuds did some damage the craters were huge.
Also, people forget during Iraq-1, we would not allow Israel to retaliate so the Arab coalition would stay allied with us. They took a lot of Scud hits and likely vowed to figure out how to stop them in future
