OK, post on this thread at 3:12 has DJT using 42K dead. I'll accept that number from DJT until he uses a different one.
42,000 is a lot of innocent people.

Let's put this on pay per view. No editing, full kill shots. I'm in.

BREAKING: Israeli media reports that Israel is preparing to formally declare the collapse of Iran negotiations, with Channel 12 citing expectations of an official announcement in the coming hours.
The report adds that the United States has given Israel authorization to proceed with strikes on Iranian energy facilities once the announcement is made, amid rising tensions and stalled diplomatic efforts.
Israeli officials and U.S. sources have not publicly confirmed the details.

I, for one, am getting very tired of all the talk.
"US officials preparing plans" and "Trump weighing new strikes" and "Israel about to officially declare negotiations dead" and "US sends more troops to potentially prepare for action" and "DoW officials presenting possible strike plans" and "Iran declares they are ready for next round" and "Iran refuses to negotiate over nuclear" and on and on and on and on...
It's time to end this shite ruthlessly and decisively. If the Trump admin thinks this kinetic air campaign was unpopular with voters and will lead to a midterm blue wave, it'll be 100x worse if we just end up slowly pulling away with no clear results and no victory. Over a dozen Americans are dead and several multi-million dollar planes and UAVs lost, and for what?
There needs to be a reckoning, and soon. Because right now it stands that the Iranians have gained control through fear over Hormuz and a renewed motivation to arm themselves with nuclear, as well as a message to their hardliners that they've somehow "won"
We need to make it completely impossible for them to exert control over international shipping lanes, and even more impossible to claim any sort of win here. The message needs to be clear and and concise - you lost and there's no spinning it.
Hate on Israel/US relations all you want, but at least they're willing to end this threat once and for all. We spent all this effort, money, material, and human life to weaken them to this point - it's time to knock them the frick out for good

Just remember that no matter what we think we know, we don't know much about the situation. The fog of war is still in effect.

I'm quite sure that's where we are headed now.
The airlifts never stopped since the ceasefire. We started with 2 CSG in the area and now have 4 with one headed home (will leave 3).
This is not a military that is standing down or pulling up stakes to leave.
The reports of regular drone incursions to Iranian airspace over the last few days are telling, and a precursor to future strikes, I believe.
Iran did manage to strike some of their neighbors in the area during the first phase and I imagine that we are trying to get more assets in place to prevent the collateral damage to surrounding countries once the strikes resume.
I don't see DJT as the type to leave unfinished business. I also see his constant and varied messaging as another tool to confuse the enemy. They really don't know what he is going to do, or when, and that makes them nervous (rightfully so).

Did not hae the UAE becoming an active offensive partner in the next round on my bingo card. There is obviously alot more going on between Israel and the UAE other than just simply providing some Iron Dome and Iron Beam defense batteries to the UAE.

I agree and the Iranian people are begging us for strikes to resume. Some are even posting coordinates again online when they an break through the internet block the regime has up.
I think with any other rational opponent, the results of this blockade would have already brought about sincere negotiations and and end to the conflict.
These people are not rational however, and it is apparent that the total fanatics have consolidated total power over the country.
These people legitimately believe that their state of being exists to bring about the hidden Imam and the start of Armageddon. They are Jim Jones cult delusional, and believe with their entire being, that this is their entire purpose and every move they make is to achieve that end. Anyone that was in the regime that may have thought otherwise has been sidelined or eliminated.
