re: Portal & Roster Tracker - Football - PORTAL OPEN 1/2-1/16

I’m in the minority on this probably but I’m not down on the kid and whatever he’s making is what was agreed on. It’s not what you deserve it’s what you negotiate.
If ever there was a player to hit the portal to rebrand himself and get a fresh start it would be him. But it’s a smart decision on his part to stay. Life after football in the state of Alabama for a star player status can earn a very nice income and a comfortable life.

No question it’s the Big 2. But if some smaller schools can build a roster through the portal and contend and even manage a playoff spot then its mission accomplished.
Sure its going to be a blue blood in the mix always but the same blue bloods can be gutted overnight and reigned in a little

Did you ever believe Vandy would morph into a potential playoff team, I didn’t. That’s the whole point of parity. There is enough talent out there to spread around and it doesn’t take a Buckeye bankroll to win games.
I know what I’ve seen and watched. And right now Ole Miss could win a national championship, who would have ever thought that 3yrs ago.

It’s all about parity now. For years it’s been pushed that more parity was needed in cfb and we’re seeing it first hand.
I may be wrong but I believe that’s why the portal was designed to accommodate the Indiana’s of the world to become more competitive and reign back the traditional powerhouse programs.
It’s not going to change anytime soon and the days of dynasty type runs have come to an end.

You don’t think these brave patriots didn’t know the risk and what would happen? How about the Culper Spy Ring during the war of independence, you don’t believe they knew the risk of being caught and shot or hung?
Also the French Resistance during WW2 or any resistance in Europe at the time against the Nazi’s. You don’t believe they knew the risk of what would happen when they was caught?
Just a couple of examples in case you forgotten when you’re trying to force an invader or a corrupt government that’s in control. You call it a Pandora’s box when in reality it’s the price for freedom.
It’s easy for you to spin this into a bad light, it’s what your kind will always do. Would you help free your country from a dictatorship like Maduro? Knowing the risk if you caught? I’m leaning to say I doubt you would.

I don’t need film guy or anyone else to tell me what’s wrong. My own eyes seen it first hand.
It’s like when they say that’s not pass interference when you can clearly see the DB holding the WR arm.
I believe most ppl clearly understands what the problem is. It doesn’t take a ex coach or player to bring it to light. And there’s no need for me to explain it and waste everyone’s time. It’s evident!

I don’t know why but every time I see Indiana I think of that movie Cutters, lol

Does anyone know how to watch the 4K version of the broadcast via streaming? Is it going to be an option in the ESPN app?
I watching on the app myself but don’t see anything promoting it
I’m watching the pregame and picture quality looks excellent on my Sony Bravia

When Beck is focused and locked in, he’s a pretty damn good qb.

Gotcha. Didn’t mean to get off subject. Carry on
I stay way too busy in my shop when I’m off work. I check for news here time to time but I’m always tinkering with my cars
Hell I don’t have that much to talk about to reach that count, lol
