There is so much data that we are not privy to, I can only believe to points as hard facts.
1.) There is significant infighting with the leaders and there is a good chance that becomes bloody.
2.) The blockade is severely hurting, and hurts exponentially more every additional day.
Believing this, sitting back, collecting information, and letting our military heroes rest is not a bad approach at all. Iran will get desperate in the near future and we will be prepared to take advantage.

This right here is why there is no negotiating with this crew.

The US Navy’s Global Autonomous Reconnaissance Craft (GARC), an unmanned surface drone, is being used in Middle East operations involving Iran as part of ongoing maritime security missions, National Interest reported on Tuesday.
the GARC is a small autonomous surface vessel designed for intelligence gathering, communications relay and combat support roles, and can also carry modular payloads for different mission sets.
It said the system has been deployed in the region in support of US military operations and has logged hundreds of hours of maritime patrol activity.
The report added that the drone is being used in operations involving Iranian maritime threats, including fast boats associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which have long operated in the Persian Gulf region.

My point is policy decisions should be made on credible intelligence and evidence, not based on blustering from an insane regime.
We may never know how close Iran was/is to their nuclear aspirations, but it's a little late for that at this point...

We don't know. I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. I bet, however, that the AI super duper computer the military uses has it all gamed out. The sky isn't falling yet Henny Penny.

If tweet fails to load, click here. It might be true and it might not be true that some Iranian tankers are getting past the blockade, but it doesn't really matter, because the vast majority of the Iranian ships are not getting through, and ships from other nations aren't even trying.

So the ceasefire now has no deadline?
From CNBC, quoting Trump:
From CNBC, quoting Trump:
quote:
“Based on the fact that the Government of Iran is seriously fractured, not unexpectedly so and, upon the request of Field Marshal Asim Munir, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, of Pakistan, we have been asked to hold our Attack on the Country of Iran until such time as their leaders and representatives can come up with a unified proposal,” Trump said in a statement.
“I have therefore directed our Military to continue the Blockade and, in all other respects, remain ready and able, and will therefore extend the Ceasefire until such time as their proposal is submitted, and discussions are concluded, one way or the other,” the president said.

That’s Iranian propaganda and likely not true.
I’m still waiting for proof of life for their gay one-legged Supreme Leader.
Lies are all the they have left at this point.

Iranian forces appear to have attacked a pair of container ships from the European shipping giant MSC as they ran the Strait of Hormuz this morning.
One vessel suffered heavy damage to its bridge, and both are now stopped off the coast of Iran.

Where were the ships headed? France....Germany, let those countries come escort the ships.
Posted on 4/22/26 at 7:19 am to GOP_Tiger
those two boats shown are dhows, small coastal vessels known historically for smuggling rugs, sheep and goats. To include them in the number of ships breaking the blockade is pure misleading propaganda
