BREAKING: Iran Says It Guarantees Safe Passage In Hormuz
Iran’s ambassador to Russia said Tehran is ensuring the safe passage of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz under a new legal and security framework.
He stated that vessels can transit the waterway under Iran’s measures, while also asserting that recent US and Israeli actions did not achieve regime change and that internal unity remains intact.

Iran's new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei suffered a minor leg injury during US-Israeli airstrikes on the Supreme Leader’s compound, a senior Iranian official said.
Azim Ebrahimpour said Mojtaba Khamenei was in the compound’s grounds at the time of the attack and was lightly hurt by the blast wave from a missile.
He said reports of other injuries were false and speculation about his health was aimed at creating division.

Azim needs to be put on the elimination list just for saying that.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf sharply criticized opponents of a potential agreement with the United States in a meeting with advisers, Iran International has learned.
Ghalibaf, who also led Iran’s team in the latest negotiating with Washington, described figures including Saeed Jalili, a member of Iran’s National Security Council, and hardline Iranian MP Amirhossein Sabeti as extremist militia-like actors who would destroy Iran.
He said the camp was using state television and mobilizing hardline supporters to intensify opposition to negotiations and a possible deal with the United States.
Ghalibaf also voiced concern about being removed from the speakership and about Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi being pushed out of office

When I was in the ME this was discussed and maybe in the infant planning stages but I don’t think it was ever went any further. Oman has missed a large economic opportunity by not doing this.

Damn, that thing must have been a literal missile city if there are still cook offs happening today.

This guy has been a lot more public than Abbas Araghchi in the last couple of days. Looks like the IRGC has replaced him with their own guy.

Iran has no plan at present for a next round of talks, foreign ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said on Monday.
“As I am speaking to you now, we have no plan for the next round of negotiations,” Baghaei told a press conference.
His comments come amid uncertainty over whether further discussions between Tehran and Washington will take place.

Iran’s regime can’t let this war end because they’re likely to be toppled within a year or so of it ending. US going to have to make decisions framed around that reality and the successful end state is going to involve us doing some ugly stuff.
There is no getting out of this smelling like roses. We’re either going to “embarrass” ourselves on the international stage in defeat or victory.

I hope Iran realizes the SEVERE miscalculation that would be standing up Trump's team!
TRUMP: "If the deal isn't done, the deal that we made, then I'm going to take out their bridges and their power plants."
YINGST: "He went on to say, if they don't sign this thing, the whole country is going to get blown up."
"Now Iran's foreign ministry spokesperson today held a press conference saying the Iranians have not yet agreed to talks on Tuesday and that they are currently reviewing U.S. proposals.

The IRGC is furious!
“The Marines rappelled onto the Iranian-flagged vessel, April 19, after guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) disabled Touska’s propulsion when the commercial ship failed to comply with repeated warnings from U.S. forces over a six-hour period.”

AI Overview
Large ships that are not operating under their own power (dead ship) are brought to port using tugboats for towing and maneuvering. These tugs provide steering and propulsion to guide the vessel into a berth or dry dock, often supported by harbor pilots, docking lines, and, in historical contexts, by warping using winches or towing with smaller boats.
