Its been 4 months since serious protests have begun. If there isn't a significant number of Iranians armed yet, they all need to surrender and convert to being Islamists. They arn't serious about regime change, and Trump probably realizes this.

I am beginning to suspect that the people will not be the ones to dethrone the IRGC. I am beginning to believe that instead of civilians it will mainly be the regular army turning against the IRGC.

THAT would be great, hopefully, THAT is what Trump is figuring.

I honestly thought before the war started that the split between the IRGC and the regular military was already fairly close without US involvement. I am unpleasantly surprised that I was wrong. But hopefully it happens soon.

Can’t quote all that. But I think it’s multiple objectives on this ceasefire and they can pivot to the most promising ones.

Try to find a power player internal who can lead a path forward. Watch what’s the regime is focusing on digging out. Set new targets. Let the regime run out of funds ans test the loyalty of those under it.

Why is the rag-tag Yemeni govt getting let off the hook. People want to blame Lebanon for HB going rogue but yet Yemen is in the clear.

They're both going to get bombed to shite. Lebanon sort of has a government, Yemen, I don't think I've ever heard of a government official from Yemen

Let me guess, you haven't been buying in on the dip and have missed out on the massive rebound that has been happening the last 2 weeks?

You sound like one of those guys that buys high and sells low.

The U.S. strategic airlift into the Persian Gulf continues uninterrupted despite the fragile ceasefire and negotiations.

Military airlift missions have surged into the region, carrying ammunition, equipment, and critical supplies.

This is not de-escalation, this is preparation.

JUST NOW: UK PM Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron have ARRIVED to talk about maybe doing something to secure the Strait of Hormuz

Is there anybody more USELESS than these two?

They're endlessly talking while President Trump WENT IT ALONE.

In fact, the Gulf nations did more than our long-term "allies."

LEAVE NATO!
