I wouldn’t support this effort, hell i didn’t really support Midnight Hammer, but with the anti-regime sentiment that we saw with the protests in January I think there is a legitimate shot at regime change that a plurality of Iranians actually want and it’s an opportunity we cannot pass up, regardless of the risks and casualties that it will cost us.

IDK, but that is not relevant. Why would they work without support? Why would they work without backup? We have control of the skies. We could fly the big as (C-17?) planes that has all sorts of weapons that could put down any attacking force.
We could land them on rooftops at night and they could make a few shots 12 hours later and then quickly be evacuated. Or whatever better plan the military guys have the is more practical.
Israel has been in Iran for decades. This country has been devastated. Shouldn't be to hard to get people in and out easily.

The more practical plan would be to set up bases in Iran at select population centers to support the types of operations you’re talking about.

Israel literally had a Mossad Agent that was in charge of the Quds Force, basically their SF unit. He was in charge for 5 years. The guy who was in charge before him was killed in a airstrike by Trump in 2020.

And even then that’s worlds away from having sniper teams and SOF dudes popping in every now and then to kill some people

You’re actively cheering for boots on the ground (BOTG) just because Trump said no BOTG. Of course, any BOTG would come with casualties. Thus, you are cheering for casualties just to make Trump look bad.
