Please let me know how 45,000 service men are going to topple a government of 92 million people in a country that is built like a fortress. Sure we can air strike at will but what is the end game here?

Well when 80% of those 92 million hate the IRGC probably only 2000 would be needed.

The people that think this can't be done with airpower are just not very creative in thier thinking.
It absolutely can and will be if he just starts destroying everything to the point that the population freaks out because they're gonna die of thirst, they'll take these dudes out or die. When the population is willing to stick a knife in the local IRGC at the marketplace to do their part and take one with them, it's over. IRGC no longer show up at work.

Anyone know if Iran is repelling any of our missiles? You never hear about it only other countries intercepting Iranian missiles.

The current generation of Americans, and more importantly American politicians, don't have the stomach for the kind of violence that would end this.
