Her tires slipping on the ice was already clear, but this video makes it ten times more clear.

I truly thought she just panicked and was focused n the officer at her driver side window. Thus she gunned it and didn't see the cop at her bumper. I didn't think she intended to run him over (it didn't matter to the officer's self defense claim). Was willing to give her some grace in a situation she was still 100% responsible for.
That's clearly not the case. She tried to hit him.

Somewhat true. However they have the authority to detain citizen if they obstruct the agents or interfere with an arrest, in which case, is exactly what was happening.

I agree. There should and will be judicial process. Is someone suggesting there shouldn't be?
