I always thought that Michelle would be the last minute substitute choice for their Presidential nominee - but that was way before all the mayhem of the Covid-19 and George Floyd nonsense. I Never ever thought they'd settle on a senile idiot like Biden - and I still think they are suffering from a "buyer's remorse" raging headache from their choice.
Anyone with a functioning synapse knows that Biden will be nowhere near the levers of power from the WH - "he" would be a puppet to the behind the scene power brokers. I don't expect him to last a year before he resigns from "health concerns" and allow VP to take over.

Curiously, does this count if she is under investigation before Biden names her?
IOW if Durham has been investigating Rice since he was appointed and a GJ has already indicted her- or of one is impaneled right now, would Durham be prohibited from indicating her just bc she’s a VP Nominee?
I don’t see how that would be possible. HRC was under criminal investigation (cough matter) as a Presidential candidate and when Comey made his bullshite July 2016 (illegal) public Announcement she was exonerated for inexplicable, except for fraud reasons- the announcement violated DOJ policy bc you can’t announce an exoneration or make public a criminal investigation unless you indict.
If Durham finds Rice’s unmasking (and subsequent under oath) false statements about them were illegal and indicts her, how would some DOJ policy prevent that?
