Updates on content of article from any subscribers welcome, though doubt many here.
Update: found archive link, reading now, hoping for some redeeming content.

They’re just covering how / why there are so many books and TV shows including cannibalism in the plot out right now, conclusion is that we are fascinated by that which repulses us.
Guess I’ll give them a pass, but disturbing imagery and hook title out of context.

This has got to be satirical… right?

Well they’ve tried to normalize every other kind of deviant behavior. What would make this one any different?

Why are we clutching pearls? Soylent Green? Motel Hell? etc. It's not like this is new. Hell, that movie Alive was a big draw in part because they ate each other.

So is there a "taste difference" in human meat based on diet? Like, if someone were on a certain carnivore or vegetarian diet, would it be a drastically different pallette than an omnivorous, more balanced diet?
Only asking because I can attest with certainty that the same species of animals taste much different depending on where they live and what they eat. Same goes for many freshwater fish. Hell, even vegetables and fruits taste different when grown in different soil types and watered with rain/well water as opposed to "city" water.

I wouldn't be surprised. Sodomy doesn't raise eyebrows anymore so why would cannibalism?
